I'm the polar opposite.....
Vid shot on what's currently our 700 yard range, with steel hung at 300, 500, 600, 700, and one little bitty Humbler hung at 735. We just walk to where we want to shoot from and go at it, as long as the cattle and sheep cooperate. This all just a short walk from the house.....
If we go up top of the hill to the left of the range we can access most of the steel currently hung, as well as clear the ridge that currently serves as our backstop...which provides a total of 1230 from that spot to the far property line, also backstopped by another ridge.
In the process now of gathering more T-posts, chain, and target steel to make more target locations out to that 1230.......
