Night Vision How to change reticle unit on PVS-4?

I've read in other posts here the reticle unit is field changeable in PVS-4. Any body know how?

Well Stan knows! Do you have a new reticle cell OP? I feel like obtaining the desired reticle would be more difficult than actually taking the thing apart.

Does anyone know where to find a plain cross hair reticle?
