Howa 1500 stocks??

Hi Guys.
I know Bell & Carlson makes a tactical stock for the Howa. Manners & McMillan both can make one to fit.
I know there are people that custom make stocks for anything. But I'm looking for "drop in" options with a magazine.

You could try Pete Lincoln at Roedale. He sells some nice stocks and has a mag kit for the Howa.

I've got a nice nutmeg laminated stock for the Howa that I would sell on the cheap if that would help you.

Manners will inlet for bottom metal, so I would think it would be fairly seamless if you were to order from Pete or from CDI and let Manners know which one you are going with. Are you specifically looking for a stock that you won't have to bed?

I should also mention that I am assuming you need a stock for a short action, because there is not anything on the market for a long action, which happens to be what I am waiting for.

Yes for a short action.Just wanting to know what options are out there. AI or McRees or tube type? Basically ANY tactical stock thats drop in for the HOWA 1500 short action???

Go with Pete Lincoln, You will be happy you did, Sure you will pay a little more for his AI style stock but It all ready has a DBM built in.

I have had mine for well over a year and not had a single problem. And yes its a drop in, No need to bed this one.

I've seen Roedale's web site. And his frame is an option.
I don't know if its just me but I buy a stock that's not EXACTLY perfect, then a week later find one on the web somewhere that is perfect. So I figured this time ask, find all the choices, jump once. Especially since I'm paying for this one not the department!
