Just joined up yesterday to look at buying a rifle and thought I'd stop in and introduce myself. I'm a 36 year young aircraft mechanic in Colorado. I used to do quite a bit of pistol shooting, some rifle, and was getting into a little bit of long range with a Remington 308. Well, life happens and I'm in the market for a long gun again...

Welcome aboard! I'm new as well. Take a look around the forums, and the site; I have been overwhelmed by the wealth of products, knowledge, wisdom, etc. I'm still a little wide-eyed. There are some people here who've sent more rounds down range one at a time than I've heard exit a muzzle, and that's from a door gunner. Just ask and there will be a wealth of answers- please learn the search function first, though, it's highly likely your question has been asked and answered here at some point in time. I'm an A/C mech, too.
