Took a chance on trying something new.
A group of Hunter themed SENTINEL rifles.

Attempted to mimic traditional metal and wood look while keeping the advantages of modern materials. Also wanted them weighing less than the usual work guns.
These came out nice enough that I think I am going to do a dedicated group again every Fall.

What does the weight come out to, as pictured?

Weight as pictured is about 11 pounds.

Without going full carbon fiber on the stock and barrel blank, it was never destined to be a really light rifle. Too much heritage from the original SENTINEL work guns, so everything is overkill on hardware and components.

Are you going to build any light weight stocks/Chassis for sale?
Selling large variations of SENTINEL stocks every week but none are true dedicated LW. That was just never the intent for the original stock design.

After molding issues ended the first CF version of this stock, I have things in motion for a supplier that has more expertise in carbon fiber and has different mold tech that is better suited. Hope to have something tested out by end of Q2.

Thanks.
