Title says it all. This guy has fucked with me for years. Opening up my packages to see if i was really sending media mail. Ive had mail torn up the next day after disagreements. Runs his mouth talking shit to my wife. Overcharging me on packages. Caught him red handed. Paid $58 to have a collings guitar shipped from New York i didnt like it so i sent it back he charged me $108.00. Hes a big fuckin liberal faggot life long govt employee. It’s Small town im the biggest redneck in rednecksville. He knows me through aquainteces. I asked him to check in back to see if a package that was supposed to be here a couple days ago might be there. Had my tracking info. they have a space where they hold large boxes. Fucker said flat out no wouldn’t even look. all he had to do is turn around and look. He wouldn’t even check So while walking out I might have maybe allegedly said fuck off you idiot mother fucker. Could this homo press any charges. I know they are a bunch of commie queer pussy cockgobblers down there. I hate usps is there anyway to not have to deal with em.

It seems like to me, you think this is a bigger deal than they do. Verbally abusing federal employees, not a tactful move.

Oh this fucker has been trying to bait me for awhile and i dont have a clue wtf i’ve done. This has been going on for the better part of a decade. Since 2011 i think, I never had a issue before. He is the poster boy for all thats wrong with that cumdump of money pit. All its good for is sending welfare and letting mexicans send billons back untaxed.

This is HIGHLY suggested as opposed to showing this postmaster prick the meaning of the phrase "going postal." Maybe having his boss explain to him that he is the root cause of inciting "going postal" thoughts and urges would help clarify matters.

Or not.

Best case, be smart and go the "chain of command" route. Probably smoother, too.

The tracking should show where the package was last scanned - Arrived at post office ___________, or Out for Delivery ____________, etc.
As far as alternatives go, yeah, I've heard of the slick startup outfit called UPS. You can go to their website and schedule a shipment, print a label, and pay with a credit card. Apparently you can even have them pick the package up from you. :rolleyes:

Don't waste your time complaining. I'm here to tell you NOTHING ever happens to federal employees. It is so convoluted and fucked trying to fire one. Believe me. I could tell you horror story after horror story. Back in the day POS Feds got fired. Not now. Easier just to pass them on. Exercise in futility.

IMO, the potential problem would be city ord. In a preticular city around here they have a charge called fighting words. Aparently calling someone a ni66er qualifies in this shithole city I'm thinking of. Gay ass city court in front of someone you will want to gut and around $100 is all you have to worry about if you can keep your mouth shut.

The guy is probably "Bulletproof" that is a term for a fed that is eligible for retirement. OIG may come and investigate but only for waste fraud or abuse. The US Attorneys office rarely will prosecute any federal employee unless its very very serious. Usually its handled through personnel action which takes years and years. Meanwhile the dip shit is still collecting a paycheck. If the guy wants to pitch a fit then it is given over to the most worthless useless group of federal employees that has ever existed, The Solicitors Office. They not only will do nothing they will tell the agency that wants to fire the POS they are at fault and the agency should PAY him. Seen it done time after time. He will be eligible to retire and get a nice check from the .gov for $150K. Don't do the motherfucker any favors. LET KARMA DEAL WITH HIS USELESS ASS.

There are at least a hundred ways to have dealt with this way b4 now. Several people have given you "the right way" to deal with it. Several have given you less than good advice.

Personally I would go to a different post office and deal with them. Maybe mail empty letters with no postage just to have him have to deal with returning it to you.

If he actually did this stuff, he could be looking at serious fines if not some jail time as well as losing his job. Believe it or not, there is such a thing as postal inspectors. It is thier job to investigate just this kind of shit. I would be on the phone explaining all the shit this guy has done to "Agent Whomever" (yep they are actually federal agents).

Screw chain of command, complain to the highest local official you can. I HATE my local USPS. It is an extension of some welfare program and I have had multiple problems over the past few years. Fuck the USPS!!

Contact the postal inspectors about him going into your mail. They DO NOT take that shit lightly, They also do not generally make "friends" with local postal employees as they are rotated every 5 years or so. The Postal Inspection service is no joke. I saw them first hand take down a few post office employees that were changing labels on packages and rifling through customers mail. It was impressive to say the least. Even if your post master weasels hits way out he'll know that you ain't playing around.

I had a retired postal cop working for me for a few months. He started worthless and went downhill from there. A 10 minute job for most, was like 90 minutes for him. He could not believe he actually had to work to get paid. :)
