Ok,
I have a hard time buying scopes in which the whole ocular assembly rotates to adjust the power.
For field conditions to keep things going you almost have to run a butler creek type lens cover. But every time you change the power the stupid cap interferes with things. It gets bound up on the bolt side, bolt handle or ends up facing down.
Scopes that have a power adjust ring seem to be dialed into this.
Am I the only one like this?
I have been contemplating a Night Force but this whole problem is kind of a turn off. I know it’s a small thing but it really isn’t in the field.
Anybody have a better solution
