I lusted for The Fix rifle; I just do not want the caliber I got.

You forgot Tilley hats..........
Now that’s low.....insulting my Tilley! LOL

And I love my 6.5 man bun, thank you very much. Haha

Cant believe this shit show of a thread is still going on. Compared to some others recent epic threads, the OP of this one is kinda boring.

So, we have all seen the “I’ll meet you at high noon and settle this” shit on the Internet before from the emotionally arrested.

But does anybody know of any keyboard commandos who actually did the deed?

Dunno, calling someone out for fight club on a forum seems pretty safe (and lame) to me.

And when they all do, and 6.5cm is as widely available ect... I will be happy to switch... until then, it's not worth it. The NATO thing means that the ammo will be widely available, and can be gotten from elsewhere if it really were needed. I like 6.5cm as much as the next guy, but if the last year has proven anything, it's been that 308 is easier to come by when things get scarce. Who knows what the future holds? I'd rather go into that future with .308 than 6.5cm if and until that changes.
it's not a mutually exclusive choice.. at least for me. I have rifles in both calibers... I'll just make .308 my pandemic / zombie apocalypse rifle... problem solved!

Yeah and if 6.5cm does become at least readily available again at a decent price I may get one, or at least a barrel for one of my actions, but really no reason to at this time.

Hi,

Stand back boys................You might get "Dojo'd", lolol

Also, just FWIW...ITAR has absolutely ZERO to do with you being able to operate armed overseas OR in the USA for that matter.
An export regulation does nothing in regards to being able to operate armed anywhere.
Only the host countries government can allow you to operate armed within its' borders.

At least his garbage can lid is down, lolol

You scare me sometimes.

I first laid eyes on The Fix a couple years and was very impressed; I also learned about 8.6 BLK and was damn impressed with such an evil little rifle.
I shoot 45acp and 308 because I adore suppressors and live in the SE. I could see supporting the 8.6 BLK caliber and have been waiting to see them for sale.
To pass the time, I bought a cherry bomb and mount for my form 1 and it rocks!!! I even got a sticker pack and mystery shirt, so, that I could be a proper fanboy.
Then, this week, I had an opportunity at a fix for a few hundred under MSRP. I justified the purchase in that it saved me around $600 and getting an 8.6BLK in SBR was going to put a year on top of wherever your order fell in line......whenever they can get supplied to run them out the door; It was progress and I get my paws on a fix.

My problem is that it is 6.5CM.

I do not own any and I have no use for that caliber in the SE US.
The round count is 18.
I am willing to ect.
I could get some use out of a 308; But, I have a sub MOA Tavor 7.

Wtf???

A sub moa Tavor 7 i thought that was a 1.5-2 MOA gun at best!

Thread hijacking aside 6.5 creed seems to give a fairly significant boost to suppression according to the pewscience reviews I have seen for suppressors with reviews on both 6.5 Creed and .308 bolt guns.

Maybe just give it a try for a bit until you can rebarrel?

When the true zombie acropolis or any other major firearm ownership crisis comes, the firearm for me is a flintlock, 12 ga double barrel shotgun. With a good supply of lead stocked in and flints and if necessary, the makings of black powder, and with the game present around our home and the difficulty of the blm/antifa types to get here, I’ll be ready. (Need to remember to get some salt, lots of salt.)

Lets see, lots of hogs, deer, squirrels, fish, edible plants and wild fruits, what more does a fellow need?

Anyway, I think I'm in the clear.
I'm heading towards a year's ownership of my 6.5 Creedmoor.
No urge to grow a manbun.
No beard, or floral scented beard oil.
Still drinking real coffee.
My Babe is still my hottie, no sly glances towards hipster males, or uniformed men.

Am
I
Safe?
I do t know. I think you should go after the ultimate test to make sure...6 GT. Then and only then, can we know what you are made of.

All of those critters are there strictly because We The People decided to keep them around 100 years ago. You just wait until all of the rats and pigeons have been eaten the in the “inner cities” (sorry @Bender), they’ll come to where you are. They’ll chase down and bludgeon cattle like they’re doing in Venezuela. It’s the way we’re headed and it’ll take a while for the population to evenly spread to viable areas. How long you gonna hold ‘em off with that flintlock?

Based on what I’ve seen lately, there’s a good chance those inner city folks will kill each other off long before the rats are gone.

Hi, I am in the market a sub moa Tavor, perhaps with custom suppressor and baffle technology.
I would like the rig to employ the sleeping bullet effect to achieve uncommon accuracy.
I feel this firearm would allow me to operate in a stealthy grey area as no one in their right mind would suspect it's capability.
Any leads please give me a heads up. Long shot I know, but thanks in advance.

I know a guy, PM for details.

Hi,

Ahhh, don't be scared, lol...but you may want to be careful with that middle glass panel on back door. It appears to be loose, hahahahaha

Sincerely,
Theis

Which reminds me....
Why didn't you tell me the guys that built my pole barn welched on the screws for the roof.
I haven't heard whether the guy from Crestview did a good job of fixing them.
Sure I could climb a ladder, but im scared of heights.

Thanks bud.

...You can pretty much figure out how these sad sacks will end up.
Yeah, let's see.
First, you ask to trade off your rifle:
...My problem is that it is 6.5CM...I do not own any and I have no use for that caliber in the SE US...I am willing to ect..
Then, when told where to put a WTT post, you deny it:
...For the record; I am trying to ask for advice...
But then:
...If it comes down to it, I would be willing to make a PX post to sell the barrel or swap for a 308...
You are the one thing that I absolutely can not stand and that is a grown man completely lacking in integrity.

You could not take the recoil.

well, after sleeping on it, I have decided to ditch the 6.5.
@16 inches, it will not stand up to my SE Asian Representative hand loaded ammo. I snuck the load data out of KGI after Larry and Max fell asleep after snack.

The 16" barrel and my seeing 308 ON THE SHELF in Walmart this AM has pretty much left me numb for supporting 6.5.

The only problem now is that I can not post to the PX, because I have zero reason to trust any of you fuckers!!!! :)

It is a shame that more people are here to entertain their adolescent minded habits than it is men sharing their experiences.
It is also a shame that some of you are not available to be punched in the face. Their tendency to be disrespectful would decrease quite a bit.
I’m your huckleberry

i believe you have to actually support the forums to sell items here anyway.

he said he got a deal for hundreds less than msrp. this is at least somewhat understandable with the typical gouging these days.
that is unless these rifles typically sell for hundreds less than msrp on the marketplaces.

It makes sense if you read my original post. Then again, you are just a Marine.

I dont recall ever saying that any of you were welcome to anything that I have. I have changed my mind 3 times in 24hrs.
Would you all like screen shots of your community trying to PM me to buy this rifle?
