Go to Kitco.com and check the 10 year4 chart. Gold has been on a steady rise for all that time and shows no sign of stopping. Its not inflation, its just the way things go. I bougt 2 ounces at $950 1.5 years ago and now its at $1250. what did your stockj portfolio do in that time?

When the future looks shaky people invest in gold and other tangibles....like art, to hedge against inflation. How does the future look to you now....Lets see

-The oil spill is and will probrably kill most life in the Gulf
-The housing market is still falling
-Inflation....American mints cant print money fast enough so we are subing it to the Swiss
-N. Korea and Iran are pusing for Nukes

the real problem with most of the laws in this country is that they are written with the intent of placing the decision making power with the woman and state. the state gets to control the recipients and the unlucky sperm donor. the woman isnt pressured into finding a legitimate mate with which to raise the child of her indiscretion. she is instead encouraged to pop em out from time to time to keep the state check rollin in. this aint ever about a kid gettin the supposed money it requires to raise them. its about state control and womens liberation. why should a woman need a man anyway?

Update:called social services today. they said they might be able to give me my money back due to financial hardship... (yeah right)

i said "this is why people are commiting suicide, california cant pay there own bills but garnish every cent i had. dont be suprised if i kill myself. hell then you can subsidize my body"

cops came over this weekend asking why i would threaten to kill myself... nothing came of the house call...

Dude, don't even put killing yourself as an option. We're talking about money, not something worth even entertaining suicide about.

You sound like you aren't sure the kid is yours. How can you be paying child support without proof that it is your kid? What can you do about THAT? If you think there's a good chance it's not your kid then you need to get a DNA test done and find out.

food for thought re: paternity and responsibility in the light of statutory rape of a minor male. Can't hurt to read over, but consult a lawyer if you really want to pursue it.

For the future: it's a bad idea to utter the word "kill" in any conversation with officials. Especially if you would like to keep your gun rights. Baker acting you will not improve your station in life in the long term if you were just running your mouth.

Paternity test guys - whew pay the $500 or whatever it costs - I did just to be safe.

Pay hte child support, man up on that one.

But make sure you visit and spend time with your kid - my daughter KNOWS now just by seeing - she knows her mom is messed up, but we can leave that alone as her mom is all too happy to have some help now (kid is age 13 LOL) so Visitation is WHENEVER I want it.


But for you guys going through this, I mean to tell you - sell a rifle, mortgage your car or house but GET A FRIGGIN ATTORNEY.

Damn I can't stress that enough, get an attorney and get visitation, get the tax refund (Only if you make more as the state claims "It benefits the person that makes the more money".

Then get used to losing half your income for a few years, sooner or later you'll gain it back and everyone always does side jobs, everyone does it...

Life is not so bad - nothing is worth killing yourself over..Especially not this siutaiton, while it LOOKS like the end of th world - IT IS NOT.


Join the military, do something. Military is not a bad option - you'll have 3 hots and a cot and SOME money and by the time you get out you'll understand...
