i think even here, the tide is starting to turn because the left has gone too far.
the current generation of high school aged kids are way smarter than the one before.
they are becoming more traditional and conservative, after having the liberal educational establishment pushing their far left agenda at them (lgbt indoctrination and similar efforts).
the kids recognize they are not being asked to accept it, they are being forced to participate actively, and it is off putting to the kids.

The SW part of the state is like the Wild West. The small town in Texas are adopting codes that rival California. I give Texas 10 more years, then it will be blue as fuck. The elected officials are killing us on property taxes. Duncan v becerra ( high cap magazine ban) a temporary win for our side. Case has been appealed. If we loose this one the expect the capacity ban to come to your state.

Peruta v San Diego CCW good cause case: originally a win at the 9th but a loss on enbac ruling. Even though it was a loss the Sherrif where i live is issuing now.

Rhode v becerra ammo sales restrictions. The court battle has just started. Too early to tell. Again if we loose this one expect ammo restrictions to come to your state.

This isn't all the litigation going on but it will give you an idea. Ca Gun owners trying. Its an up hill battle with a corrupt legislature and corrupt judges.

I have a great deal of experience with Tempranillo. It is very good and exceptional in a Rioja (reserva or gran reserva only please).
I thought I still had a bottle in the cellar, but do not. (A few that incorporates Tempranillo as a blend though).
That said, here's one varietal to check out if you like Tempranillo.
