There’s been a lot of talk and there’s been the beginning of progress. Better than nothing but we haven’t even scratched the surface.
We’ve gone ten feet into a marathon and you’re claiming victory.
Talk to me when half are gone, not just a high-profile handful, but wait until the border is secure, not just “isn’t as easy as it was” to get across.

Most of my teachers were okay. My sophomore English teacher (and this made up for her being canadian) was female track coach and practiced what she preached. She had legs that went all the way up and made an ass out of themselves.
Almost 7500 high profile gone in a week. That's more than done in the past 4 years and, arguably, the last 30!!!
Admittedly, not all will get deported. But then again, once the services are cut off... the free phones go away... the support and jobs networks become untenable... then the self-deportations will occur by the hundreds of thousands. Noone wants to live one-step away from losing everything and being sent back to some shithole. They will find a new place to go. Canada... another third world country... any one of a ton of places that aren't USA. Heck, maybe they can go home and rebuild their own fucking countries!!!
We can't clean them out... not all of them. But we can create an environment that makes 'home' more attractive than staying here.

I should have completely edited your previous post, the detained for a month and disappeared was what I was referencing

Illegals are nothing new. I lived in Canada as an illegal, and my Canadian Japanese (then) wife was an “illegal” when we moved down here. Marriage is not an automatic visa we found out.
I had to leave Canada because I couldn’t work (without a visa) at the time. This is long before Trudeau. And my wife had trouble working down here. She found work but people were very quiet about it.
She wasn’t getting any free benefits, no free cell phones and she wasn’t going around bragging about any illegal being and gaming the system. She didn’t drive so she didn’t need a drivers license. Good thing because she couldn’t get one back then.
This is what a Colorado illegal with a CO DL did to my (parked) Bike in 2015. She was driving away but I stopped her. She had cut-rate insurance that caters to illegals. Leave it to Colorado to create a whole new industry sector. Thank God I had State Farm and I sic-ed them on her insurance company. I refused to deal with them.
