Just got into a debate with my GF after watching one of those Jerky commercials. If I'm out hunting in JasonK's neck of the woods and shoot Bigfoot - am I guilty of Murder or perhaps a fish and game violation?

Also I would surely stay out of jasonk's area, hell that would just be asking for trouble without any 'squatch' sitings. Funny you say that. For the longest time the ODWC denied there were mountain lions in OK. They routinely and publicly dismissed sightings as rumors. But it was always illegal to kill one until just recently.

Just remember, take lots of pics and video before dragging him to the authorities, then hide all these pics and video so the guys at Area 51 don't burn them when you come dragging Bigfoot to them. You can release them after you get out of the reeducation camp where they explain through little electric shocks that what you saw was simply a dream.

I might have to look it up, but I believe Bigfoot is actually under the protected animals species list, and is punishable for shootin one. That may be in WA state only, but I do believe it is indeed a crime to shoot a bigfoot.

You know, some of the biologists say that Bigfoot can't exist because they've never found any bones. I grew up in some of the best deerhunting country in the southeast and in my ENTIRE LIFE, I've found only 1 deer dropped antler. Now keeping in mind that the bucks shed each year, I could have made the hypothesis that the white tailed deer doesn't exist because I'd never found a shed antler.
The cause and effect just doesn't work for me.

If you shoot Bigfoot...wrap him in several layers of aluminum foil and cook him for a couple of days at 250 degrees...invite friends over to eat the evidence....tell everyone to bring beer...
