If only certain government regulatory agencies would take a customer service lesson from Vortex:

I sent my Razor HD back in for the ocular upgrade on Wednesday last week (July 20th) with a quoted 2-3 week turnaround time.

I got it back yesterday, 8 days later ready to go.

Thank you Vortex!

yep, that is about my same experience too. It actually surprised me that it came back so quickly. Kudos to Vortex and because of it I also bought another Vortex product, a 1 x 4 PST.

Same experience here. I had a little issue with my PST, I shipped it out and they got it on Tuesday (7/26) it is back at my house today (7/29). Great service, I own 3 Vortex products and will do my best to add to that as money allows.
