In the last 8 years, in a dept with 85 feet on street, there have been right at 100 who were hired and removed/left/quit/fled who couldn't make the cut. Who fall into the shouldn't have made it past the resume stage. Its real.
And it's a big part of todays generation and work force. It is an interesting conundrum.
