Trust...unless you like giving Uncle Sam double taxes but that's just me. F that noise... Longer wait up front but I can add and take people off my trust in 2 seconds and enjoy having that flexibility. Key to a trust is to only set it up initially with just you and have it be a living trust with a amendments to add or remove beneficiaries/trustees.
Caveat to this is you stack gold florins like Ricky ross and don't give a shit about the taxes....to which I say put in an application with @TheGerman to be admitted to the go be poor somewhere else committee.
Or unless your 100% sure you will never be letting any one have possession of your cans ever... Then they will be someone else's problem when you die or the ATF gets to inherit them if you fail to designate someone.
I believe that when you die, they freely transfer once to heirs. Respectfully, I don't loan out tools, let alone cans.
