Picked this up last week from my local gun shop. Really happy with the fit and feel of it. Clicks are extremely tactile, and completely blow my old Bushnell 4200 3-12x50 out of the water.
I had it out over the weekend (didn't get to shoot it yet, sadly), and I noticed quite the blue bloom when looking at white objects over green forestry, on full 24x. I was wondering how much is considered normal (or if there should be any really noticeable chromatic aberration in an optic of this price range). Here is the best scope pic I could get for now looking at 50 meters or so on the edge of a white roof. It was noticeably worse on a bright day, looking at an HV insulator on a power pole. Thoughts anyone?
