Here is one of the first few groups i shot with a new Nemesis arms mini windrunner. 20" barrel and 170 gr factory lapua loads. next comes the hand loads. If it wasn't for the one little flier the other 4 are .45 moa, I was pissed when i saw that one flier. any ways thought some of you might like to see this.

My son took his all the way down to .65 over the weekend and he had a blast as well. All store bought ammo.

Good job.. Did you do the clean,shoot,clean,shoot method for the first 9 million rounds or so it seems?

Hey rolling:
Did your son get his down to .65 center to center or outside to outside?
either way, for a gun that you put the barrel on each time you use it not bad at all. I think I will be able to get into the .4 & .5's without issue and be able to shoot those consistently.

No i didnt do the super annoying cleaning regiment. I think its kind of a manufacturer COA. I have a full size windrunner and the manual that came with that recomended the exact same cleaning regiment even though it was a completely different barrel manufacturer, the users manual is actually just an exact copy but the names have been changed everywhere to say nemesis. The mini and the full size windrunners have different barrel manufacturs any ways. Its all confusing, but what makes sense to me, is to not get the barrel to hot when its new, and clean the powder out after each range session, I plan on getting the copper out once i see accuracy diminish.

I hate fliers like that too, because you always get two or three shots dead on and you get excited because you think you'll get to show it off on the line and then the next shot, for no apparant reason, just goes fucking crazy off in the corner.
Still an impressive group all things considered, once you perfect a load you'll be putting them through the same hole all day.

Mine shoots good, about the same group on my first time out.
look in the photos for my target.. Hoping to shoot some handloads here soon, gotta take the rifle back to david for some "mods"

Sorry for the delayed response..He says he has a heck of a target to show me this weekend. The last set was edge to edge.
I've got tons of targets from Nemesis owners where its all one jagged hole at 100 yards. Too many to post without being a bore.
I'm out to 200 yards now with no issues, working on 300.
Keep practicing and don't ruin your barrel cleaning. Just leave it be.

Have you guys had any issues with your magazines? Mine came with some really really hard springs in them. One of them is essentially impossible to get all 5 rnds in. Just curiouse.

There are two types of magazines. The first gen has one extra loop in the springs and will loosen up with use. The second gen is milder to load up. Both are fine.
The easiest way to tell is to insert a rod in the bottom plate on the side away from the locking tab and slide the bottom cover off laterally (as in just enough lift to clear any obstacle and then horizontal slide.) Lay the spring on a flat surface and count the number of returns.
This is the newer spring set. Count 6 returns. If your has 6, that is the lighest available. If you have seven you can just use the mag and it will lessen with time or contact David.
