I'm about to start this with my girlfriend. I'm wondering, is their diet plan mandatory, or if you generally eat healthy and cut the shitty food out of your diet, will it still work? I'll be using the program to slim down. I ask because as an LEO it's hard to plan 5 meals a day, much less any that follow their recipes included with the workout, so I'm wondering if i'll be okay if I stick to salads, lean meats, fruits, healthy carbs & proteins, even if they don't follow the diet plan per se.
