I saw this recent video on YouTube about the Shane Cox and Jeremy Kettler suppressor case from Kansas

This guy said that their challenge to the NFA is moving forward, I did a little Google search and didn't find any recent news. Aside from all of the hoping/wishing is there any real news on a challenge to the NFA?

No shit Sherlock, that's why we need to push these cases up to the SCOTUS now that we have a (mostly) 2a friendly bench.

Yeah, well we do have plenty in our gun loving community who have no problem with the NFA and agree with the government telling us what they deem as sporting and not and then taxing us on it. Only 100% Constitutionalists should be Supreme Court Judges.

I'd be pretty skeptical of trying to bring anything before SCOTUS until after RBG is replaced.

Roberts - Maybe
Kavanaugh - Maybe
Thomas - Probably
Gorsuch - Probably
Alito - Probably
Breyer - No
RBG - Fuck no
Kagan - Fuck no
Sotofuckingcommunistbitch - Fuck no

You get rid of RBG, and the odds of something that important being ruled in favor of the COTUS are at least somewhat possible.

Before then, I don't think so.
