yes, but I don't consider consuming fish as any supplement because it's a natural source of protein. One of my friends used to take protein shake after workouts but gradually he felt no hunger after consuming protein shakes and this way his body was getting weak too! So, he stopped taking that protein shake and switch his diet to a normal vegetarian diet and in just 01 to 02 months he put on more weight than he has before.Supplements for fitness. In my opinion are protein. I will drink a protein supplement after workouts, but my main supplements are steak, chicken, Turkey and fish. My habitual diet is a big part of my fitness program.
