Is sawtooth rifles GTG?

I placed an order for a Tika T3x rail with these folks in early Jan. The rail is/was advertised as "expected shipping mid/late January", so I wasn't expecting next day delivery. I understand shit happens, but here we are mid-Feb and...

So, if y'all say these guys are good to go, I'll keep on being patient. But, if it's a pattern/known issue I may make a fuss.

Without a doubt Sawtooth is squared away. You make have slipped through the cracks as they are moving the shop to Utah. Reach out to Matt at the shop, super nice guy and will take care of it.

Yep they are gtg. I emailed them about a out of stock rail just to get an eta when it would be back in stock. They went and physically checked their inventory and found they had a few more in stock, emailed me back in less then an hour and shipped out same day. I was impressed.

I already traded email with him last night. We're good. I'm patiently waiting.

I'm fairly new to this game and haven't figured out yet who the 'good' players are vs. the ones to watch out for. So, I was just feeling out to see if the consensus was, "yeah....those guys suck" or, "don't worry, they're good to go".

I got my answer and will just stand by.
