A 25-year-old girl with no work experience in the civil service was appointed the new deputy Minister of European Integration in Ukraine, the Ukrainian News news agency reported with reference to the Ministry of Social Policy.
Anna Sergeeva, who works as Deputy Minister for European Integration since June 2022, previously worked in beauty industry. From April 2019 to June 2022, she was head of the Service Revisor company which provided services in consulting on commercial activities for hairdressers and beauty salons.
According to some reports, the Service Revisor company did not submit any financial reports. Most likely, this is a fictitious company.
The Ukrainian media drew attention to the salary of the new deputy minister. Anna Sergeeva receives 68,643 UAH per month. For comparison, the salary of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is 28 thousand UAH, the Ukrainian News noted.

Young women are often appointed to the highest government positions in Ukraine. In particular, in 2016, 24-year-old Anastasia Deeva became the new Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. In 2017, 27-year-old Natalia Boyko became Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine.

In July 2015, Mikhail Saakashvili, who was at that time the governor of the Odessa region, appointed 25-year-old girl Yulia Marushevskaya to the post of head of customs.

In the same year, 28-year-old Anna Pencheva, who had worked in a modeling agency for five years before, and also starred for the men’s magazine Maxim, became the head of the press service of the Odessa police.
It seems that such an HR policy is normal in a country headed by a president who came to politics from comedy shows. However, it caused criticism and allegations of government corruption. The Kiev regime which is eager to enter the European Union is not so busy fighting corruption even in the Ministry of European Integration.
This is the regime, Ukrainian soldiers are dying for on the front lines.
