Seems "war" has been around a long time. Only changes are the weapons.
_________________

In early Old Testament times war was often seen as a holy war, a conflict initiated and led by God. Such a war was declared by God, Himself (Exodus 17:16; Numbers 31:1-3, 1 Samuel 15:1-3), and every facet of war had religious significance. Sacrificial rites were performed to ensure God's continued support (1 Samuel 7:8-10; 13:9). The sacred ark of the covenant, symbolizing the presence of God, was often taken into battle (1 Samuel 4:3).

With all this "complexity" and competing narrative propaganda bullshit you moral and ethical giants can't see who invaded whom and who is destroying cities and murdering thousands of people who have NOTHING to do with any of the political bullshit you seem to think is so important.

I will say that being a veteran and caring about what happens to civilians this conflict is an eye opener. I expect guerilla forces to operate as if civilians are worthless, but seeing a "modern" military target civilians, and use the heaviest weapons available on them almost goes beyond the kind of African genocide the occupying Russians are committing.

We are going to have to loose our Western proclivity fast if we ever fight an enemy like China who places no value on human life to begin with. They would be like fighting Skynet, because their goal would be genocide from the get go without regard to combatant or non-combatant.

proclivity... I had to look that word up...... a tendency to choose or do something regularly; an inclination or predisposition toward a particular thing.

Closely related to insanity.

😂Putin would ragdoll that motherfckr.. lol Musk must be delusional if he thinks he has any chance against a International Master in Judo as well as combat Sambo. It wouldn’t even be a fight, more like a grown man vs a helpless child. Just like with shooting, training and sparring makes all the difference in the world in a fight..
I would like to see it.

Elon Musk
Age 50
6'2"
180 lbs
Trained in kyokushin karate, taekwondo, judo and "Brazilian jiu-jitsu briefly.

Vladimir Putin
Age 69
5'7"
152 lbs
Trained in Judo and Combat Sambo.

Seems like a good time. I wonder how much the PPV would cost  :ROFLMAO:

Edit: change Putin's age (born 7 October 1952). Elon Musk born 28 June 1971.

Maybe. Maybe not. The could just be Russians/Russian speakers accused of helping/aiding the invaders. These things are fucking ugly.
that's exactly it. In many cases people are getting the piss beat out of them or killed for being "Russian sympathizers". the definition of sympathizer depends on whatever the squad commander with the gun thinks it means. It might be somebody who didn't cheer loudly enough when the AFU came back, or maybe it was somebody that got denounced by their neighbor who doesn't like them.

During WW2, the same thing happened in France & the Low Countries when we liberated them, and it happened big time in the Soviet Union when the Germans got kicked out - so this is same old, same old for them.

Having trained in several martial arts when I was young and impressionable, I can say without a doubt.
Martial arts might look fancy on TV or the Movies, but in real life it just ain't worth squat.
When I went to China to test for my second degree black belt (yes the real schools here make you test 'there') an old mofo master taught me the secret to martial arts. I have no idea how many thousands of dollars it cost me over those years to find this out.
"You already know everything there is to know about martial arts, you just haven't thought of it yet"
It's true.
If you keep your head in a fight chances are you'll win, every time.
If you panic or get emotional, you lose.
It really is that simple.

But yea, Putin is a stone cold killer and would face the fight that way.
Elon is an emotional guy and if you've seen him dance he does not have the necessary control over his body to fight with the control to win.

Watch a real master of any blue collar trade, watch their hands.
Not a single wasted motion and like a skilled brick layer, one swipe with a trowel lays out that mud perfectly where a newb takes 2 minutes to lay it out the same.
Fighting is just like that, control and mastery.

I'm absolutely certain a bunch of you will dispute what I've typed out here.
And then there will be the others....that have actually been in, and won, life and death fights.
Ain't no rules boys, if you have to scratch and bite, you damn well scratch and bite.

guys, guys. no army sends out their commanders to fight in single combat anymore. even back in the heroic age when that was a thing, they'd use alternates like Achilles or CuChulain to do the job for them. No 70 year old man is going to fight.
Some may have to around here, the way things are going.

Boots, gun, ammo you are gtg.

Let them go stick their nose in someone else's war for corruption, nazism, and the NWO if they want to. I'm more concerned with our own borders....and tyranny....here.

Sure, the whole Russian fixation, I get it. We grew up on that shit. in my dreams, I'm still one of the wolverines, banging 20-yr old Lea Thompson and Jennifer Grey while fighting Soviet and Cuban troops in the rockies. But then I wake up and realize that the USSR has been gone for 30 years, and I'm older than 'old man' Powers Boothe was in the movie.

Yes, because its stupid in the modern battle space.

On similar note,
Russia has lost seven generals in the space of six weeks of war.
Rental cost for the Russian Military in Ukraine apparently included a General Per week fee and the Russians are paid up for the next week.

I'm waiting for North Korea to parachute drop into Colorado. Oh wait, that was the crappy remake.
yeah, if they had waited 2 years for that dumpster fire remake, they could have used the Russians as the bad guys again, and then everyone would really be losing their minds right now, not just the neocons and leftists

The biggest thing about training is learning to take a hit. If you fight you will get hit one day and if you can't take that hit it's all over.

Just as the Russians were invading. Just another example of the piss poor planning done by the Russians.
Especially enjoy how the Russians are claiming they don't go into fields to "protect" the fields. Not that they didn't keep trying!
Its happening across the entire front, NW - SE.

I often chide this group about no awareness of history but holy shit this is a level of irony not seen in ages.

For those of you confused, USSR was basically saved by the mud during the 1941 invasion when the fall rains slowed the German Tanks. THe fact that modern Russia would ignore this problem is well...damn funny.

This. Combat is not a sport. Fighting might be but if the guy you are fighting doesn't think it is and you do it might be a bad day.

Probably the only thing as bad as serving on the Eastern Front would have been serving on a U-boat.

Putin was born in October 1952. He is almost 70.
Ok here's my take. I'm not a tough guy, by any means, but I've been training on and off in martial arts all my life. Past eight years I've been doing a lot of Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai. I started on this path at age 12. I've been totally humbled by teenagers and even some very tough women. That's how it is. Some may laugh, but some days you have no energy, several injuries, and more likely you are sparring someone who might be smaller then you but has pure technique and speed. I've tapped out guys who are fifty pounds bigger then me, and I've been smashed by training partners that were shorter then me by several inches. I've dominated high school wrestlers who have come onto the mat who thought they were going to destroy everyone. And I've been killed by some purple belt ladies who are stone cold killers. It's a crap shoot.

The biggest factor for me overall has been age, at fifty I have so many little injuries it's getting more and more rare that I am making taps. I can't imagine being seventy and my how bad my injuries are going to feel then when I'm on the mat.

Judo blackbelts are killers, they use gravity and cold ground to fuck you up, there is nothing like being slammed to the ground by a judo smasher. I have been knocked out by one, and it's terrible. It's one of the most effective martial arts, to me way more effective then Tae Kwon do, or any Kung Fu nonsense.

Overall you just can't tell, Putins skill and gritt, vs. Elons relative youth and size. So it would be close but Elon would possibly prevail. It's all a silly argument. But in a real fight on the street Putin would use the cement as his smash tool, in a cage with some padding and rules Elon has the edge.

Am I missing markings distinguishing who’s they are. Where are all the V’s and Z’? That seem to cover every Russian vehicle?

Putin is trained but I am unaware of any instance where he has actually been this bad ass stone cold killer. He was not in the military or ever seen real combat, he was a desk jockey at an intelligent service.

This tough guy Putin thing is completely an image that they presented of him because they wanted to present Russia strong after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Literally it was a fucking marketing blitz conducted by the Russian media.

Edit- Y’all need to go look up the video when Trump first met Putin and he shook his hand and Trump grabbed him by the hand and jerked him towards him. Caught Putin off guard totally strong-armed him.

I'm not martial artist either but trained in judo. I didn't make it to black belt and after I discovered girls in high school, I gave it up. I regret not keeping up my training.

On the other hand, training in Judo helped me in a lot of fights. If I could grab them, their butt was usually mine. I turned the tables on a guy who was a head taller than me and sucker punched me. He was on the ground before he knew it and I was choking the shit out of him so much that the other students thought I was killing him.

We were seniors in high school and I was trying to kill him. He was not going to get another shot at me. My choke hold was working, he went limp in my arms, face turned red and I could feeling him heaving with his lungs trying to get air.

A couple of other boys tried to pry my arms loose but gave up. IMHO, they could have done a lot more to pry me loose but I think that they gave up because of curiosity.

They were probably curious to see what it was like for someone to get choked to death. A teacher finally came along that I trusted and simply asked me to let go of him.

The idiot that sucker punched me was a real pussy after that.

Anyway, a martial arts expert told me that judo was really useful because 90% of street fights go to ground anyway. That was my experience.

With that said, I don't know whether Putin or Musk are the bad-asses that people proport them to be but the training in judo should not be discounted.

The secret is you have to actually say, “JUDO CHOP” when doing Judo. Putin is a judo black belt. He says “Отбивная дзюдо” when he hits someone (which is a lot lately).

Brazilian jujitsu is all about tossing and ground game. Which musk has trained.

His Judo is not being overlooked, But possibly countered

an interesting thing in those pics. Tiger 332 there is an early production model, and it has a penetration in the commander's hatch. The first deployment of Tigers, as everyone knows, was to an unsuitable area near Lenningrad in late '42, which caused several to get stuck and then captured. This was the worst possible luck for the Germans because the Soviets tested them extensively, allowing them to know the weaknesses of the new vehicles almost before the german crews themselves did. At Kursk, the germans were shocked to discover captured soviet pamphlets which instructed gun crews to shoot for the tall commander's cupola, and that's what appears to have happened here. A 45mm Soviet anti-tank gun looks like it took a shot at that tiger's cupola, and hit high in the open hatch (German commanders rode unbuttoned into battle whenever possible to give them greater situational awareness, unlike the soviets who typically rode around blind.)

i thought putin already set a date too, in may?.
anyway, sounds like lots of arms are being sold on the black market already so ukes are gonna uke.
Do you have a link to this? I did a search and only came up with 2014 article’s referencing black market sales out of Ukraine.

Dude no offense but nothing will ever happen. Even if it was real

I agree, but..... it’s literally politics that brought this on. This is statist vs globalist.

Do we believe in separate countries or do we believe in one world government

HAHA. It's beneath the mud.

Don't worry if you need me to find more images of additional Russian military vehicles stuck in the mud just let me know. I didn't want to spam this thread with hundreds of pictures and videos of the same shit, but here are a few with clearly marked vehicles.
