Rifle Scopes Is there any thing other than a posp scope for 7.62x54r

Just wondering what is out there with a bdc for 54r i know it is rare but even though the posp and the 1p21 are great scopes for the money its a bit played out. So what is out there?

Check with Kalinka optics and on Ebay. I've been out of that loop for a while, but I know there are scopes out there of higher power that have the Dragunov style reticle. If they're from Russia/Ukraine, they are most likely calibrated for 7.62x54r. However, even going by that "standard" is kind of generic, as the ammo in that caliber can vary widely, as well. One of the reasons I'm not a fan of any BDC reticle, but that's just my opinion.

the only reason i like them is for light ball ammo that is the only thing they tend to work well with and ya kalinka has some various ones but they are almost all the same posp designed.

I just checked Ebay by searching "Russian scope" and most of the stuff is WW2 era. However, if you keep your eyes open there, various commercial scopes pop up quite often. I also checked Kalinka and I think the closest thing they have is the 2-10x52 Pilade with 1000m rangefinding reticle. They used to have a bigger selection.

would the 52 fit on the gun i think it may hit the rear sight
