I made the mistake of browsing gunbroker today and I came across this listing:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=167577505

Are they serious? Am I just missing something really basic?

Edit: I just reread the title and saw that it said "Machine gun."

But still, the lack of anything in the description and the lack of feedback on the seller is humorous. I wonder if it is a scam.

Re: Is this a joke?

The lack of description, numerous spelling errors in the current description, combined with a lack of pics, combined with a brand new, no-feedback seller leads me to believe it is either:

1) a joke (VERY bad one at that);

2) a scam (who knows what people think);

3) it is a transferable full-auto HK G3 (or sear pack gun) that the seller is incapable of better describing or not really sure what the hell it is.

In any of the above scenarios...even if it is Option 3 above...the price is waaaaaayyy off!

Re: Is this a joke?

Defiantely a scam, no one with a gun worth that much is going to put as little effort into the ad (not the least of which is the transfer eligibility of a Class3).

I have a press at my machinery repair shop. Im gonna start stamping HK on everything and sell the shit out of it for MAD $$$!

Just because its stamped that and that dude claims its real, doesnt mean its real. You have to take these gunbroker guys claims with a large spoon of salt. No seller feedback and he is brand new..... and his first post is a $25,000 transferable MG? NO WAY

I guess I didn't coat my comment with enough sarcasm ...
