Looking for a Harris bipod mainly for sit down shooting but also prone. Any suggestions on a specific height adjustable one? I'd like a swivel also. Thanks.

If by "sit down shooting" you mean shooting from the sitting down position while using a bench for the rifle, then the Harris BRM-S (6-9", leg-notch, swivel) bipod is perfect for that role as well as prone. If by "sit down shooting" you mean sitting on the ground and using a bipod, then you will likely need two different bipods to switch in and out since nobody offers a bipod with that much adjustment range to go from 9" or less for prone shooting and extending up to the height you'll need for sitting on the ground. If you do mean sitting on the ground, you'll likely want something like the S25C which goes from around 13" up to around 27" or so with swivel capability for leveling on uneven ground.

Definitely go with the 6-9. The 9-13 is too tall, especially off the bench.

I think I'm gonna have to buy 2 seperate bipods. I want to use one for prone but I'll mostly sit on the ground to use one that way too.
