Is anyone having connectivity issues between the Tactix 7 Pro Ballistics watch and the Applied Ballistics Quantum App?

My watch connects to my phone just fine, and I use it with Garmin Connect on a daily basis. The AB Quantum App also seems to be working okay, as it's detecting one of my coworker's range finders as "available". But, no matter how long I wait it doesn't seem to find the Tactix watch as an available device. This is a watch that comes preloaded with the Applied Ballistics app, and in the past I know I used the watch with the Synapse app (which now says it isn't supported, and crashes any time I try to open it).

Any help would be appreciated! I've also e-mailed Applied Ballistics, but haven't heard back from them yet.

I had an update yesterday. You using latest firmware?

I had that issue with my Descent.

Remove the watch from Connect.
Remove the watch from the phone Bluetooth settings.
remove both apps from my phone. Quantum and Connect.
Reboot both devices.
Install Connect.
Add the watch back to Connect.
Install Quantum.
Try to get Quantum to recognize the watch.

Did uninstalling everything and reinstalling it fix the problem for you? Also, will that cause you to lose your other saved data in Connect? I have several years worth of workout data in there that I don't want to lose in the process of doing this!

I will say that I've uninstalled and reinstalled Quantum a couple of times now, toggled bluetooth on and off, and things of that nature. I also updated Connect, but didn't remove and reinstall it.

If you are syncing with Garmin online it should all be in the cloud. All of my stuff was. And it did work for me. I now have Quantum working with my watch and have AB showing up and syncing the rifle profiles to my watch.

Okay, thanks! I'll give that a shot and see if it works. Technology sure can be a pain when we're trying to make our lives easier!
