Issues with initial setup on FX120i Auto throw setup

I just received the auto throw/ auto trickler setup last night and assembled the whole package. I am having some issues getting it setup. I have everything wired as per the instruction booklets and I’m 90% sure I have done everything correctly. However, when I go to set my initial charge weight and press “start” to save it the display just blips a single time and nothing happens. I then remove the cup with the charge, dump it and set the empty cup back on the pan. At this point nothing happens. It is my understand from the instructions that at this point the unit should begin the auto throw/trickle process to that saved charge weight.

I have included two pictures that show the lights on the circuit board. From the troubleshooting guide it says that the red light should blink when weight is applied to the pan and I press print, but looking at the unit the red light just stays solid. If I slide the rheostat from side to side there is a point where the red light turns off completely and just the green light is lit but this is the only way I can get any visual input from the unit... I have unplugged everything and plugged it all back in again but nothing seems to work.

I have sent an email for help from Adam Macdonald but have yet to hear back from him.

When you press print the display blips once. What happens if you press print again? Will it blip twice and work?
I know if I press print while theres air moving and the scale isnt stable it will only blip once and not record the weight. Let it settle and it will then work, blipping twice and auto throwing.

I am fairly certain I had pressed a second time but I may not of given enough time for everything to settle down so I can try that. So my understanding here is that it should blip twice and at the point it has registered the weight? Then I just dump that charge and replace the empty cup and it works?

Correct. Thats how mine functions.

When I got mine it was supposedly already set up/programmed from Cambridge but I went through the initial set up a few times making sure I didnt skip over anything and to gain understanding. Mine wasn't setup at all. I had to completely go through the steps. Walk through them pretty slow and make sure you're following them to the T.
