A man named John Giduck misrepresented his military service while selling his supposed expertise to military and law enforcement groups as a trainer. After being called on his lies by Socnet, a group of active and retired Special Operations Soldiers, he has filed suit in a Colorado court to silence them. Socnet, however, is fighting the lawsuit.
