He does not have a PST, nor does he have a Razor.
He has the Viper model, the only one they make anymore.
I had a TRS-1 4-16 that worked just fine, gave it to my son, he has it on a 20" Howa .308 with no problems. Glass was surprisingly good for the price. It tracked and was repeatable.
Would I pick it over a Viper 6.5-20?
No, The Viper is a superior scope.
Stick with the viper.
If I was buying a new scope in that price range, I'd probably opt for the HST 4-16.
You can buy the Weaver 20MOA extended multi-slot rail, or the exact same blackhawk version for less than 30 bucks. They are quite well made.
