I've been getting some good field experience with my 6.5 Creedmoor. One shot kills at 356, 368, and 165. All on different evenings. Using the 139 gr Lapua @ 2828 fps. Between the 2nd and 3rd I upgraded from a Leupold LR to a Night force.
Its working pretty good. It seems to fragment on impact. I've shot a few critters that 1 entry hole and 2 or 3 exit wounds. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to use the scenars in Wyoming this year for antelope and mule deer. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on hogs, whitetail, and coyotes.

For what its worth, I shot a fallow buck with a 6/284 using the 105gn Scenar. Hit just behind the shoulder with the deer facing broadside, but little away from me. At 200 yards the buck dropped on the spot. With a 6mm or 6.5, I would be very comfortable using the Scenar on deer/antelope sized game.
I found all of these in pastures messing around. Not sure what they were feeding on. They appeared to be eating grass not rooting except for the last one was rooting around after a rain.
