or anyone else who knows...how do you best adjust the magwell fit? I saw someone post about it a few pages back, but no one answered. He loosened everything up , but nothing moved. I'd rather not break my gun down without knowing what i'm supposed to be doing, as shooting it is just too much fun right now. The mags fit ok right now, and feed great, unless there is anything touching the mag, and then it locks up tight and won't feed. Someone in the T3 thread said he had the same issue, and that tightening up the magwell fit took care of it. Thanks!

With the screws loose insert the mag, you can push the bottom of the mag forward, caming the forearm forward to make it looser and tighten the screws to hold that setting or you can pull the forearm back into the mag to snug it up.

It’s not a whole lot of movement, it’s basically going to be touching but you adjust the amount of squeeze. I went forward just far enough for an empty mag to drop free, took 3 trail and errors to figure it out.

Got it sorted, thanks again. One try, works great. Put the gun back together and hit sub 2moa steel cold at 337, from a reverse kneeling. I'll tweak it at 100 later, but it seems to have come basically right back. These Tikkas, (and the Bravo's) are really pretty awesome.

What I had to do after wondering just what you did, was to remove the forend skin and dremel the rear part of it down. It was running into the stock skin and wouldn't let me get the mag fit as tight as I wanted. Aesthetically there is more of a gap but its a chassis so I don't really care

Posting a follow up as promised. Got an Accurate mag in the mail and tried it in the Bravo since the Alpha mag I had caused feed issues. Made a few dummy rounds and they fed fine. Tried pushing up and pulling down on the mag during feeding and they all chambered anyway. Seems to have fixed the problem. I did not have to loosen the screws and adjust the trigger,stock fit to fix it. Time to sell my Alphas and get some Accurates....too bad as the Alphas are 1" shorter but at least happy its trouble free now.

I installed the KRG Arca rail on my Bravo. I used the original 6 screws from the Bravo added some blue loctite, would this be OK? Also, i had to remove the sling swivel that came on the Bravo, but seems like there's no where to install it on the Arca rail. Is it possible to? Do i need to use one of the nuts (since there seems to be no threads on the Arca) and take off the Arca and plastic hand guard and tighten down the swivel with the handguard and Arca rail in between?

I also have the Arca Spigot and know its possible to put the sling swivel the Spigot, but would like to know if the option is available to attach it to the Arca rail.

Would be great if the instructions had more pictures to show how modular and where/how things could be attached. I also understand that logistics and costs will apply to that and you're doing the best you can. Maybe i missed it somewhere?

Finally got around to emailing KRG last night since the Tikka cheekpieces for the Bravo are out, asking how to order one since its not listed separately on their site. I got a response that they had already shipped one to me this morning!

not exactly, i think there's still maybe 1/2 of the Arca rail left to slide anything back/forth. But this was gonna be a temp setup anyway since i don't have an Arca clamp yet.

I’m dumping the stock that came on my factory Christensen Arms Mesa 450 BM (MI hunting legal) and got a Bravo and KRG Arca Swiss Rail on order. I had a Bradley cheek rest on the lightweight Sporter factory stock and was pleasantly surprised that I’m only gaining 4 or so ounces going with the setup so it was a no brainer when trying to figure out get my hunting setup good to go for my tripod.

It will be interesting to learn the cause of the outage. KRG's provider is InMotion Hosting which is highly rated and features an excellent uptime rating. I haven't seen any industry grapevine rumblings of InMotion being hacked, but InMotion's status page does however indicate a problem with a certain class of server they are running. Perhaps by Monday, KRG will provide the full story. Three full days of outage is pretty log for a web based company.

Brownells has the Bravo's for Rem 700 inlets. We are trying to get phone ordering going but you could try Brownells first. Thank you for your business!

If you go back a couple pages I showed how to use an Atlas TRG spigot on the Bravo. If you cant wait and have a drill and maybe dremel it works fine for $50.

IMHO it is. It made the LOP a little bit long but not too much (about equal to a spacer and a half) but it puts the pad in the pocket of my shoulder much better, and adjusting the angle keeps me from turning the rifle clockwise when I pull it tight

Should be able to mount it either way. Spacers or tool-less buttpad first. The adjuster itself takes the space of one or two of the spacers. I don't have my Bravo in front of me and I honestly don't remember which way I have mine. And yes, it allows for 15 degrees of cant in either direction.

You can use spacers with the tool less buttpad. When I had my Bravo I drilled a hole in the spacers and put them between the tool less buttpad and the chassis and it looked much cleaner.
