Cheap hack, the plastic disc are from a shotgun round, normally behind a slug. The red/black are water hose washers and the two rubber strips are cut from a machine base pad. 5/16" hole drilled, .575 center to center. Call it dumb, brilliant, etc. if it works for someone-or not. Some cheekpieces allow stop collars, depending on height needed, this won't work for me on this one as the collars are to thick. The disc from the shotgun rounds can be sanded to the required height.
