I'm having a new 260 built by RWS and have been looking for Lapua or really any kind of 260 brass to purchase without any luck . I ran across plenty of Lapua 308 palma with the small primer pocket and was wondering if anyone had tried necking it down and using it for a 260?? Would seem the small primer would take care of the weak link of the primer pocket failures on 260's.
Before i order 500 cases of it was hoping someone had tried it and had good result etc. Any worries of ignition problems etc?
Or if anyone has 200+ cases of lapua 260 brass or standard lapua 308 etc forsale without terribly high prices hit me up.
