I received my Larue OBR (formerly OSR), with 16.1 in. barrel yesterday. I mounted a NF 2.5-10 in the Larue mount and determined the rig was roughly zeroed without adjustment by looking thru the barrel and optic while sandbagged. It is good when stuff comes out of the box, goes together, and is very close to zero !
First rounds were 8in high 2in RT, and one adjustment yielded a perfect zero. I managed about 1-1/2 in group in a fierce wind at 100yds.
The OBR barrel is as slick as any I have ever seen. I like to break a barrel in, cleaning with Tetra after each shot for a while. It seems polished, and two or three tight patches clean it right up.
