Yep, if your semi-auto rifle has a pistol grip, collapsible buttstock and or flash hider then you must have a bullet button, prince 50, radlock, installed and use 10 round magazines. The 10 round mag limit also applies to pistols as well.
However if you remove the "evil features" then you can use your normal capacity magazines and be able to use the original magazine release. This can be accomplished by using something like the solar-tac kydex fin that wraps around the pistol grip and prevents you from wrapping your thumb around the grip below the top portion of the trigger shoe. Other solutions are the monster man grip, U-15 grip, or the hammerhead grip.
Now if you are outside of the state and own greater than 10 round mags you cannot bring them into the state unless you disassemble them and keep them that way while inside of the state. The law is basically unenforceable though.
