Let's solve this savage dbm problem

Re: Let's solve this savage dbm problem

Hmmmm, that is a very good question. I know for a fact that the short actions work with the WSM rounds, but I haven't done anything with them for the long actions.

Mr. Burl,

I believe I have made the corrective modification to give your WSM even MORE capacity and function perfectly...

Very slight alteration, with nice results.

Re: Let's solve this savage dbm problem

OK gang, just a quick update on how things stand. Yes, I have been pretty busy as of late, but still doing what I can to make things happen. Not as easy as it seems sometimes.

As of 12/31/12, I am now married to an awesome angel of a woman. She is as awesome as anyone can be. We went to Las Vegas to get married, and to have an actual honeymoon. Everything went just as smooth as I could have hoped for, but then something else happened.

On 1/02/13, my shooting, fishing, hunting, and camping buddy... my Dad, passed away due to a sudden and severe asthma attack. They tried to revive him for quite some time, but his heart couldn't take it, and he is gone.

We are back home in Colorado, and about to walk out the door again to head back to Texas to be with my family, and to say goodbye to my buddy... my Dad.

Please bear with me concerning building magazines. I have had so many people ask me to build them magazines, and I will do my very best to honor everyone's request. Magazine supplies are drying up really fast, as you can imagine, and prices are going through the roof when you can actually find any in stock. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Re: Let's solve this savage dbm problem

Thanks for all the kind words you guys, it means alot to me. We are back home in Colorado now, and trying to get things put back in order. Not an overly easy task at the moment.

I have several people that are coming out of the wood work now asking about help with their rifles. While I would love to help everyone out, the turds that wish to do harm on the innocent have made it extremely difficult to get any supplies to build anything.

I have only a few materials here to work with, but I will be able to help out a few shooters. The others, well, I will end up having to send them over to Dan for help. It pays to have a CNC machine at your disposal it would seem.

Anybody heard from Donnie? I have sent him 2 axis magazines around the holidays and e-mailed him several times with no response?
