Re: Let's solve this savage dbm problem
DK...call me a slow learner but I've read this post and your answer to Firemeister several times and am still confused. My new 10 FLCP-K (in .308) should be at my LGS on Friday, a bit later than projected due to the fires around our state interrupting shipping, according to my dealer.
Will your 10 round mags work in my new rifle or is it not compatible with what you're building, please? If your mag will work with my model, will you need the detachable box mag that comes with my rifle to complete the project?
Sorry to take your time with this question but would appreciate a bit more clarification when you have a moment to reply.
Thanks again, and keep up the good work. Sounds like a nice little enterprise you've got going.

I had a few of them to build, so I thought I would post a pic of the differences before I mailed them off tomorrow...
Top left, 308 RatMag 10 round of standard design.
Top right, 22-250 RatMag 10 round of standard design.
Bottom left, 308 RatMag 10 round using the Axis/Edge assembly.
Bottom right, 308 RatMag "15 rounder" using the Axis/Edge assembly.
I really like the magazine assemblies that use the Axis/Edge magazine to convert from. Check them out!!
