I saw an earlier post on FLIR> Well FLIR, according to Armasight has sold Armasight earlier this year. I spent an hour or better with a rep Mon. I own 2 Armasight scopes one of which, (Nemesis 6X WP) bought in 2018. The power button has failed but because FLIR cancelled that scope and has sold Armasight I'm shit outta luck. Claim no parts, out of warranty, their contractor in AZ has no parts. I can't have a parts list, or a breakdown of the scope or just plain told how to get the switch out because of federal law! This is a crock, any comments???????????

FLIR has made some cool products and sold some cool Armasight products, but buying from FLIR is genuinely as dangerous as buying grey market thermals (which often tend to be better devices). They are a little like HK used to be (hate civilians).
When they break, you are out of luck. It’s really that simple.
I’m aware that SOME people have had devices repaired, but SOME people have had grey market devices repaired too.
If you buy FLIR or grey market, make sure you’re getting a price that reflects that the device most likely will not get factory support… which some day, it WILL need.

I have a CO-X unit repaired by them because the power nob failed. They fixed it for free and it was WELL out of warranty. I cant afford a PVS-27 or 30 so I hope this thing doesn't fail again because I may end up having a $2200 paper weight....
i would recommend you contact Surgeon Shooter--who is a member here, and see if he can help you. He does a lot with NV and thermal.

Well recent reports indicates that Teledyne Flir will now tell you to go "pound sand" if they tell you anything.
Doesn't appear they will fix anything with Cross Hairs or Clip On capability that Cross-Hairs can be used in conjunction with.
That sucks.
