Rifle Scopes Liberty Optics....Thumbs Up!

Yes another Scott at Liberty Optics is the man post.

A few months back I contacted Scott via e-mail regarding the cost and availability of a Trijicon TR-24 1-4X green triangle reticle scope. This was around 0030 hours on a Sunday. Within ten minutes, Scott replied with an awesome quoted price but that he was out of stock. He said that he'd keep me in mind when one became available. I kinda took it as "yeah ok, I probably won't hear back, but I'll check back periodically". Guess what, out of nowhere I got an e-mail from Scott asking if I was still interested in the scope. Of course at the price he was offering, I said hell yes. I called in my billing info on Monday and the scope was waiting for me on Wednesday.

This is normal service from Liberty Optics. I'm just so use to poor service that when you get this sort of treatment it is really refreshing.

I just ordered from him yesterday (24FEB2010). He went out of is way to apologize that he wouldn't be shipping the scope until today (25FEB2010). I couldn't believe it. His customer service is what others should strive to do.

I had about a scope. After hours.
He will tell you straight up and not sugar coat it.

Thanks for the awesome feedback fellas! Actually, it's been a down week for CS with us, I'm behind this week with calls and PMs because you guys have kept me hopping!!! I canceled a range trip today because I've got too many of you guys to take care of!

I got a SH gen 4 IOR from scott and it was backordered at the time he informed me that it was better to get that one then getting the standard 3-18x42 as the internals were upgraded and more ruggedly tested. He said that my scope would be back ordered until the 10th or so and they would get it out to me asap. I believe the scope showed up at my house on the 8th. great scope, value, service. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or shop there again.

I just received my IOR 2-12X32 this morning from Scott, excellent price and service as always. Just a good guy to deal with, highly recommended.
