Took the GoPro with me, had it set on 720p/60fps - went to get my brother for the family get together...haven't had the family together for a couple of years so this was cool.

I had to chop a lot of video out to keep it short, the tailgater - ha! Put the Go Pro in back and they stopped tailgating...

Gorgeous day for though.

Change the video res below from 380 to 720p

Yep my girlfriend ws driving and I was filming LOL

We had a tailgater at one point and I put the go pro on the back deck and as soon as they realized they were on film th ey backed WAAAAY off!

The software was a shareware version much like Windows movie maker - it's called Video pad - can be found here for $39, I think I paid for the 2nd audio track at $69 - but it works GREAT!

Quad core processor and 8 gigs of ram make it a bit easier too..(That still took 10 minutes to compile!)

The absolute best 1080p HD recording video camera - 2" long, 1.25" tall and about 1" wide.
LOVE this camera!!

The battery lasted about 2 on/off hours of use, 16 gig card - ha, 2 hours on/off was about 6 gigs if that....

This is what it is capable of, and probably 60 or 80% of all vids on youtube are shot with one (??):

Cool vid Arctic! Brings back some memories for me from growing up there. Grandparents lived in Sequim and dated a girl whose parents lived in PA. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing how these things can capture road trips and what not. Nowadays whenever I go on a drive that may be pretty I post up the gopro and set it to take pictures every few few seconds. Pointing it straight up on a partially cloudy day makes for some amazing time lapse.
