list know barrel twist

I would like to start listing factory barrel twist to the more popular guns and or calibers. I am trying to find the twist on a Remington Heavy barrel 22-250 varmint stainless fluted. This is not a VSSF II. So any help would be great.

Remington xcr II 300 win mag 1-10 twist
LWRC DEA model 1-7 twist

Take a cleaning rod, with a piece of tape, a jag a patch yard stick/tape measure. Pull the bolt out, insert the cleaning rod with a flag made from tape, put a tape ruler butted against the receiver push the rod in until it makes the flag go one ful revolution, in the amount of inches your flag traveled, gives you the twist
