Load Recommendation Hornaday 147 ELD - 6.5 CM

I am looking for some load suggestions for my Seekins Havak Bravo in 6.5 CM using Hornady 147 ELD and H4350 powder. I've used Hornady 130 ELD and Berger 130 OTM with good results however wanted to try a heavier bullet.

What primer, what case, and what COAL are you using??

Primer CCI 450 and not certain on COAL until I do some measuring.

Same as every 140 class 6.5 cm bullet. Somewhere between .005-.030 off jam and 41-42g of h4350. It will shoot anywhere in those parameters.
Edit: eld bullets also handle jump well. I don't even do load dev anymore just load to mag length and pick a speed. That extra .1 moa I get out of shooting 100 or so rounds doing load dev isn't worth it to me.

I'd go 40.5, 41, 41.5 and book length in 3rd increments. The max is probably ~42.
