I saw a photo of something like that a long time ago, except it was an early German Leica and VERY expensive. Even had a 35mm version of a beta mag to hold the film!

I have a single point sling for my camera, but I think the Surefire light on this one may be a bit over the top.

If you were shooting video would your DSLR, that would probably be a good thing to have to stabilize the video. Camera rigs are expensive.
