Looking for good training videos

I've been scouring Youtube the past fews day looking at videos on becoming primarily a better three gunner. Im mainly looking for pistol and AR handling techniques and have been watching vids from some of the best (Jerry Miculek, Todd Jarret, etc)
Are there any full length vids that are worth it?

Best thing I have found for self training is Rifles Only on line for long range. For other training the best value I've found are the trainng DVDs from the Army Marksmanship Unit like CQB and Designated Marksman training. They are available from CMP and run about 90 min in length. Price is around $7.00 each plus shipping. Down side is CMP is back logged on shipping and it may take a few weeks to get them.
