Rifle Scopes looking for scope similar to bushnell ar but with mildot reticle

I really like the bushnell ar low power scope 1-4x24 but hate the bdc reticle mainly because running handloads more than likely wont jive. I am looking for a sub $300 scope with mildot, EXPOSED turrets and no exit bell (so after the turrets the tube stays the same size) I have tried searching for this but to no avail, but I apologize in advance in case this has been discussed before.
