Good evening fellow members. I posted a thread a few months ago regarding my concern for the accuracy of my shooter. After finding the type of ammo that performs the best, my only problem currently is that I continually have a "flyer" when shooting groups, and my point of impact changes with each group, meaning that I never seem to hit exactly where I'm aiming (see attached picture).
My setup is a Seekins upper and lower, 18" krieger 1:8, larue/harris bipod, bushnell DMR2-i 3.5x21, magpul UBR gen 2 stock with magpul buttpad, and an ergo tactical delux grip. My ammo of choice is the Hornady Match .223 75 grain BTHP.
I've been really happy about everything thus far, but I just want to get more consistent with accuracy/precision. A friend suggested reading up on natural point of aim. I've done that in addition to lots of dry fire practice. But I'm wondering if any of you seasoned lead throwers out there have any advice so I can continue to tighten up my shots. Thanks for any advice.
