All I can think of is that he betrayed his oath and committed professional suicide because he thinks he's going to become a CNN analyst.
I read the transcripts where they are claiming all this pressure and illegal, crazy, unbelievable stuff. I'm not seeing the "smoking gun" part that warrants impeachment let alone conviction.
Something else is going on. This is a smoke screen for something else about to happen. I'm convinced of that. Somebody wants everyone looking at The Smoke of an impeachment investigation while the Real Deal is going on elsewhere. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Was actually quite hysterical saying the Dumbs need to vote and move to impeach immediately as in if they wait it won't happen. He was clearly stating things never said in the letter as statement of fact and any hesitation on powering towards impeachment was a mistake. Sounded like he had that slobber thing going where he gasps and chokes on his spit pretty sure had I seen on tv woulda been awesome.

You are correct. The Republicans had the house and senate and did nothing. They crippled Trump his first year in office as well. Most of these guys are as big a part of the establishment as anyone else.

Pelosi knows the party has been overrun by The Squad, they hate Biden and the impeachment proceedings are a bonus: primary goal to take Biden out of campaign with scrutiny of he/son in Ukraine, secondary to satiate the progressives with some 'boo orange man bad Trump' material.
