Anybody give these a try? The .308 stuff advertises 190gr with a bc of .640 while the 210gr sports 0.730! Sounds like the perfect bullet for a 30 magnum.
I ordered 2 boxes from 10xtactical and recieved them today, there is no way in hell they will hit .730. I am guessing .640-.660 G1, they have a very long boattail though. I am more interested in the fact they will (maybe, yet to be tested) expand down to 1300 fps which will really extend the range of my 30/375 S.I.
Will do! i am going to load a few in my 308 with a case full of trail boss and shoot them into milk jugs to check for expansion, velocity should be about 1400 fps according to quickload.
yea that will tell alot, if you want to get closer to flesh without gelatin, bundle a bunch of phone books together and soak them for a day, then pull them out and shoot. I was told it was more realistic than water... But whatever you do will be great, just want to see what you find! Thanks!

FWIW, Years ago I did some expansion testing with handgun bullets and found that in water the bullet would travel about twice the distance as what manufactures were advertising in 10 percent gelatin. I was firing into a tube of water.
I was finally able to get some of the 190 gr Accubond LR's ordered from an 'in stock' source today. Midsouth had them in stock today and I ordered 200. Hope they turn out to be worth the wait!!
Thought I'd let ya'll on here know now that I got enough to keep me for a while. Hope I don't burn up 200 bullets working up a load for my .300 Win Mag!
