M14 & Sierra 155 Palma bullets~

I ended up with around 500 Sierra Palma 155 bullets. Not sure exactly how becasue I usually get 168's and 175's.

Anyway are these worth loading and firing from the M14 / M1A platform ? Anyone have any pet loads they would like to share?
I have a lot of military .308 cases and IMR 4064.

Thanks and not trying to reinvent the wheel or waste time and bullets. I can always swap them for 168's.

Yup. You could load them hotter for a bolt gun, but you really don't want to torture an M14 gas system.

Yes, back in the day they were used for a 300 yard rapid fire loads. Just keep the load suitable for the gas system.

Way back when I was shooting the M1A in HiPower, I used 150 Matcg Kings at 200yds. Helped reduce recoil for off hand and sitting rapid. When to 168s for 300 and 600. This was way before 155 and 175s were around.
